Biography
Victoria W. Levy, Esq., is a junior partner in the Tampa office and a member of the nursing home and assisted living defense practice team. She has experience litigating matters for insured and self-insured clients involving nursing home and assisted living defense practice, including all aspects of case management from pre-suit through resolution and dismissal. Victoria also handles wrongful death, general liability, premises liability, environmental litigation, toxic tort and asbestos litigation.
Victoria began her practice as an Assistant Public Defender in Hillsborough County, Florida. She continued her civil defense practice at a boutique insurance defense firm handling personal injury, automobile negligence, construction defect and premises liability cases.
Victoria earned a Bachelor of Arts from New York University, graduating cum laude (2004). She obtained a Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law (2008). Victoria is admitted in Florida (2008) and Massachusetts (2014). She is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida (2011) and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts (2016).
