Biography
Nataija J. Brown, Esq., ("Grant") is a Junior Partner in the Jacksonville office. She focuses her practice on personal injury protection, first party property, automibile negligence, trucking liability, general liability, negligent security, premises liability and product liability matters. She also handles creditor’s rights, home owners association and condominium association and insurance coverage cases.
Prior to joining the firm, Nataija practiced as litigation counsel for an insurance defense firm, where she provided legal services to some of the largest insurance providers in the industry with a focus on Windshield Litigation. Nataija led the windshield litigation department as the Managing Partner. She also worked as litigation counsel for a collections firm, where she provided legal services to some of the largest creditors and lenders in the nation, as well as, a boutique business litigation firm working with the mortgage banking industry.
Nataija earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Case Western Reserve University, double majoring in Political Science and Sociology (2012). She, continued her education and went on to graduate from Jacksonville University, Davis College of Business and Florida Coastal School of Law’s dual degree program, where she obtained her Masters in Business Administration (2014) and a Juris Doctor (2015). While at Florida Coastal, Nataija was inducted into the School’s Honors program and received a Dean’s Merit Scholarship. Nataija also received multiple book awards, Pro Bono Honors distinction, served as Academic Chair of the Black Law Student’s Association, she was a Student Ambassador, as well as became a member of the Phi Delta Phi National Legal Honor Society. Nataija was the recipient of the 2015 D.W. Perkins Scholarship for excellence in service and academia, as well as the recipient of the Young Lawyers Division Scholarship for 2015.
Nataija is admitted in Florida (2015).
