Biography
Nancy J. Saint Pierre, Esq., is a Senior Partner in the Fort Lauderdale West office with over 20 years litigation experience. Nancy has tried more than 30 civil cases to verdict. She focuses her practice on general liability defense, personal injury protection, automobile negligence and first party property damage cases.
Nancy dedicated the first three years of her legal career to public service as an Assistant State Attorney with the Miami-Dade County State Attorney’s Office. During this time, she handled misdemeanor and felony cases. As an assistant state attorney she tried over 25 jury trials. The trial and courtroom experience she gained as a prosecutor serves as a foundation for her success in the civil litigation arena. Following her time at the State Attorney’s office, Nancy transitioned to civil litigation working as in-house counsel for a large national insurance company defending automobile negligence, first party property, general liability and PIP cases.
Nancy earned a Bachelor of Science from St John's University (1991). She obtained a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law (1994).
Nancy is admitted in Florida (1995).
