Biography
Kimberley S. Brown, Esq., is a Junior Partner in the Miami office. She focuses her practice on premises liability, automobile negligence and general liability matters. Kimberley also handles first party property and construction defect matters.
Kimberley began her career as an Assistant Public Defender for the 17th Judicial Circuit, in Broward County where she handled juvenile matters and transitioned into handling first degree felony matters. She then transitioned to private practice where she handled construction defect litigation. She then began working as in-house counsel for a Florida insurance company on first party property matters. Just prior to joining the firm, Kimberley most recently worked as staff counsel for a national insurance carrier where she handled wrongful death and high value premises liability, automobile negligence and general liability cases.
Kimberley earned a Bachelor of Arts from Florida International University (2001). She obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami (2005). Kimberly is admitted in Florida (2005).
