Biography

William J. Karoly Jr., Esq., is a Junior Partner in the firm’s Ft. Lauderdale office. With over twenty years of litigation experience, he brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the firm. William’s practice focuses on first party property, first and third party liability, contract interpretation, automobile negligence and general liability. William is a Florida Qualified Arbitrator by the Florida Supreme Court.

Prior to joining the firm, William represented both plaintiffs and defendants handling complex insurance claims and civil disputes from pre-suit through trial.

William earned a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from The University of South Carolina – Aiken (1995). He obtained a Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law (2004). While obtaining his law degree, Wiliam was on the Executive Board serving as Vice President of Moot Court.

William is admitted in Florida (2004). He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida (2005).
