Biography

Seth B. Roebuck, Esq., is a Junior Partner in the Tampa office. He focuses his practice in the areas of casualty and trucking litigation. Seth defends claims arising from a variety of trucking accidents including vehicle/pedestrian and multiple vehicle collisions. He also handles premises liability, auto negligence and various tort claims asserted against businesses.

Seth began his career handling motor vehicle, trucking, wrongful death and premises liability cases in Jacksonville, Florida. Seth then relocated to Tampa, Florida where he began working for a Florida and Alabama insurance defense firm handling their commercial litigation, trucking, automobile negligence, and premises liability matters including cases involving catastrophic injuries.

Seth earned a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Florida State University in 2016. He obtained a Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2019. During law school, Seth served as a law clerk for the Honorable James H. Daniel, Nassau County Circuit Court, Felony Division.

Seth is admitted to the Florida Bar (2019). He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida (2019).
