Biography
Sean O. Thomas, Esq., is an Associate in the Orlando office, where he concentrates his practice on trucking accidents, automobile negligence, and premises liability matters. His experience also includes general liability, construction defect, first-party property, and bodily injury claims.
Prior to joining the firm, Sean practiced at a national insurance defense firm, where he handled insurance defense and civil litigation matters involving premises liability, automobile negligence, construction defect, and general liability. He has experience managing litigation from initial case evaluation through resolution and developing effective strategies to address complex legal disputes.
Sean earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, in 2013. He obtained a Juris Doctor from Florida A&M University College of Law in 2021. During law school, he served on the Student Bar Association Judiciary Committee.
Sean is admitted in Florida (2023).
