Biography
Taylor M. Claudon, Esq. is a Junior Partner in the Fort Lauderdale office. She is a member of the First Party Property team. Prior to joining the firm, Taylor gained experience in personal injury protection (PIP) claims. Taylor handled various claims regarding the necessity of medical treatment, reasonableness of medical charges, and coverage disputes.
Taylor also brings a wealth of experience in handling general civil litigation matters. She has handled cases ranging from business litigation, employment law, family law, and foreclosure defense. Taylor has experience in all stages of litigation including discovery, taking and defending depositions, motion practice and trial. Taylor has acted as lead counsel in ten bench trials and second chaired two business litigation arbitrations. She also has experience in appellate practice.
Taylor earned her Bachelor of Arts from Marquette University (2014). She obtained her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law (2017). Taylor is admitted in Florida (2018). She is admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida (2018).
