Biography
Benjamin Hamilton, Esq. is an Associate in the Orlando office. He concentrates his practices in general liability and premises liability matters. In law school, Benjamin worked as a legal intern for a private practice criminal defense firm and as a law clerk for a Florida insurance defense firm. Prior to bar admission, he was also a law clerk for Luks, Santaniello in the Orlando office.
Benjamin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2015. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Barry University, graduating magna cum laude , class rank top 5%, in 2020. He also received six book awards in Contract I, Civil Procedure I, Property II, Mediation, Supreme Court Session Review and Remedies in which he earned the highest grade in law school. Benjamin was a member of the Barry Law Trial Team and competed as an advocate in four mock trial competitions. He also served as the Symposium Director and Lead Articles Editor of the Barry Law Review. He is admitted to practice law in Florida (2020).
